The development of JDL for Leather Ltd progressed rapidly from 2000, as our specialist manufacturing units provided the sources of the leather gear that the increasing customer base wanted. At the same time we were approached to attend numerous venues with our shop. Quickly a variety of toys and accessories were sourced to add to the range.
Joining John, David became a permanent member of staff and is an invaluable part of the business especially looking after the IT and the "humping" in and out of sometimes quite awkward venues. Rachel attends our outside events to help look after the ladies business.
The next major expansion followed the invitation to stand at Erotica, and this opened up a whole new customer following in the fetish scene after which JDL has exhibited at all the major exhibitions and monthly events which are listed on the events page of the website and in our hard copy catalogue.
Besides the ability to be extremely competitive whilst providing innovative high quality goods JDL developed reliable manufacturing facilities to produce unique products in a range of sizes and designs not normally available from other suppliers.
